Brussels has a condition for Ukraine. It's about regulation of law and corruption

The European Commission called on Ukraine to proceed implementing the reforms on Tuesday, after the parliamentary committee blocked any of the agreed changes. European Ombudsman Markus Lammert stressed that the regulation of law and the effective fight against corruption are essential requirements for countries aspiring to join the European Union.
