Brussels sues Poland for deficiency of a plan for energy and climate

The European Commission has decided to sue Poland before the EU Court of Justice (TEU) for failing to supply a final update of the National Energy and Climate Plan (NAP). The draft paper is inactive at the verification phase by the Ministry of Energy.
