Poland will not fall out of the race for billions of euros for reinforcements. After months of hard negotiations in Brussels, a decision was made, which gives Warsaw a clear reason to be satisfied. The final form of the European defence manufacture support programme makes Polish defence companies able to number on participation in EU funds. What does that mean?
