The spokesperson besides pointed out the circumstances that would explain the car's appearance. He recalled that the photograph came from Wednesday evening erstwhile Nawrocki arrived in Riga. He stressed that in the capital of Latvia it is raining all the time, and at the airport – contrary to the suggestions of any netizens – there is no car wash, so the script of a fast sweep of the limo on the place is simply unrealistic.
