The Slovaks have stopped the supply of electricity to Ukraine and Hungary is blocking the European Union debt to Kiev. The German press says that these hostile gestures towards Ukraine come not so much from the sympathy of the leaders of these countries to Putin, but from their tremendous interior problems, especially the disastrous state of economies.
