New missiles are expected to scope more than 500 kilometres and carry a conventional warhead weighing about 200 kg. Rockets will be launched from mobile wheeled or caterpillar launchers capable of firing multiple missiles rapidly and leaving the station immediately, making it hard for the opponent to counterattack. The strategy is to be adapted to operate in a strong electronic and GPS interference environment.
