Britain is betting on “classics.” More tanks and artillery [COMMENT]

As part of military aid to Ukraine, the UK plans to donate 14 Challenger 2 tanks and up to 30 155 mm AS90 self-propelled cannon howitzers. This means any depletion of British Army resources and forces a change to existing plans for the method modernisation of ground troops. At the same time as providing assistance to Ukraine, London is besides announcing an acceleration of the program of purchasing fresh howitzers and expanding the number of tanks for its own army. But will it work out?
