By the end of 2026, Poland will receive all the M1 Abrams household tanks ordered so far from the USA. Although most of them are vehicles representing the latest production standard, more than a 100 are older versions of the M1A1FEP, with different logistics. The Ministry of National defence reported that the method Modernization Plan did not include the improvement of these tanks and their unification with fresh ones, although the American side announced a plan to end logistical support for all users of the M1A1 household of tanks.
