BRICS: Facts and Acts [COMMENTARY].

The fifteenth summit of the unofficial BRICS group of countries was held in Johannesburg from August 22-24 this year. The group is frequently portrayed as a rival to the G7, and in utmost cases even as an alliance pitted against NATO. What is it actually? What is fact and what remains story erstwhile it comes to BRICS? The intent of this text is to dispel the fog surrounding this group of countries.
