At the end of April, the Brazilian army [announced the winner of the program](https://defence24.pl/power-arms/artillery-success-Israel-in-Brazil) concerning the acquisition of a wheeled artillery strategy of kal. 155 mm, to which he became Israel ATMOS of 36 pieces. It defeated competition from China, France and Slovakia in the final phase of the tender. Originally, the contract to get the Israeli artillery was to be signed on 7 May, but this did not happen. A fewer days after this date user Defence360 (known for publishing information on the arms and military sector, among others, in the South American region) reported on X that the decision to acquisition artillery from Israel was suspended. The reason for this is to include tensions concerning Brazil and Israel, which will be brought closer by Wojciech Kozioł, editor of Defence24.pl:
