Denial of gas chambers
On 10 July, Łukasz Jankowski of Radio Wnet concluded an interview with Grzegorz Braun after the politician stated that "Auschwitz with gas chambers is unfortunately a Facebook". The MEP and leader of the Confederation of the Polish Crown besides claimed that the Auschwitz Museum presents a “ pseudohistorical message” and allegedly does not let for reliable research.
In connection with these statements, the prosecutor's department of the National Memorial Institute launched an investigation. My dear fellows, we have all been appalled by the situation that has appeared in the media, that the alleged enquiry into the Oświęcim lie, which was to be committed by Euro MP Braun, first of all, is slow, second of all, that the existence of gas chambers is to be proven there. We live in Poland. We know what Auschwitz-Birkenau was. We can't agree to that. Today, I spoke to the investigating officer, who denied that it was a slammer and besides denied that it proves the existence of chambers.
What about immunity?
Waldemar Żurek, in a published recording, besides announced that a formal request would be made the following day for the waiver of the immunity of the euro. This paper is to be sent first to the National Prosecutor's Office and then to the European Parliament.
The investigation concerning the public and contrary to the facts of Grzegorz Braun's denial of the crimes of genocide committed in the German Nazi concentration and extermination camp Auschwitz-Birkenau was initiated in mid-July by the Prosecutor's Office of the Institute of National Memory. Pursuant to Article 55 of the IPN Act, a individual publically denying specified crimes, including Nazi and Communist, shall be fined or sentenced to 3 years.
It's not Braun's only problem.

They concern: demolition of the LGBT+ exhibition in the main hall of the Sejm in June 2025, talks in April 2025 during the tv debate of the candidates for president of the “Windkile” run commemorating the outbreak of the Warsaw ghetto, as well as the theft of flags – Ukraine in April 2025 from the City Office in Biała Podlaska and the European Union in May 2025 from the hall of the Ministry of manufacture in Katowice.
