
On 29 January a peculiar session was held in the European Parliament on the occasion of the global Holocaust Memorial Day and the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. During the sitting Gregory Braun caused a scandal.

The politician interrupted a minute of silence.He was asked to leave the room. The MEP, who got to the EP from a letter from the Confederate, tried to convince him that "he did not disturb the European Parliament meeting" but simply "completed them with a call to prayer for the victims of judaic genocide in Gaza."
"Excluded from the gathering by Roberta Metsola I shared the remark that seemingly all victims are equal, but any are more equal," he stated.
The European Parliament will punish Grzegorz Braun
Monday 10 February Robert Metsol stated that the Polish politician will endure the consequences of his behaviour. – Interrupting our guest's speech, 92-year-old Corrie Herman, and disrupting a minute of silence for Holocaust victims, was shameful. This is precisely the kind of behaviour that shows us why the day of memory is not just symbolic – she explained.
The EP's head noted that "Grzegor Braun will be punished, but it is not yet known precisely how." “After we have completed all the appropriate procedures, the punishment will be agreed”, she commented.
This is not the only punishment for Grzegorz Braun.
This is not the only punishment imposed on Grzegorz Braun. The MEP cannot attend the EP meetingwhich takes place on 10-11 February. Only consent to vote was given, provided that the standards of conduct of the Euro MP were strictly respected.
Decision PE This reflects the behaviour of Polish policy during the debate on number rights held in late November 2024. A MEP speaking of sexual minorities utilized words specified as sodomites or perverts that request to be isolated from children. Additionally, a politician for 2 days will lose his right to take a regular diet.
