Braun "deprived the doctor of her liberty." What could the police do?

Could the police have acted more decisively during the intervention in the infirmary where Grzegorz Braun was imprisoning the gynecologist? Opinions on this substance are divided. In the opinion of KO senator Krzysztof Kwiatkowski, the police should not have allowed the doctor to be imprisoned, and Braun, caught red-handed, was not protected by immunity at that moment. The attitude of the officers was defended by the deputy head of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, Wiesław Szczepański.
