TwitterEuro MP Grzegorz Braun addressed Tomasz Siemoniak on urgent counter-intelligence protection. This has to do with the award being awarded by the Belarusian foundation.
In the argument of his request, Braun pointed out the concern surrounding the granting of a controversial award by the Belarusian Foundation named Emil Czka. The MEP argues that this situation may endanger the safety of the State and its services.
– I kindly ask you to check and guarantee the appropriate counter-intelligence protection essential for my work by a Polish associate of the European Parliament, a associate of the Permanent Committee on abroad Affairs of the European Parliament (AFET), and the president of the Confederation of the Polish Crown (the organization representing the Polish Parliament) – Braun wrote.
Braun asking for Siemoniak
From a tweet published by Braun, we learn that his presence among the winners of the award, which comes from the foundation associated with the deceased deserter Emil Czoczko, caused a wave of misinformation.
Braun stated that media publications after granting him a prize were an effort to challenge his loyalty to our country. The MEP so asked Siemoniak to consider the verification of sources and intentions of publication in an urgent manner.
