Bożena Ratter: In relations with Ukraine, we request to establish a boundary of ownership and interests
date:10 September 2026 Editor: Anna
"The beginnings of conspiracy structures in the area of the pre-war Tarnopolskie Voivodeship date back to September 1939. Then the first conspiracy groups began to form in this area. 1 of them was an organization operating in the regional capital - Tarnopol. It was mostly composed of junior advanced school students. Jan Runiewicz and Kazimierz Horodyński headed it. They were collaborated with Dr. Żonkiewicz and lawyer Kazimierz Świrski . In September 1939, the German and Russian aggression to the Republic of Poland did not origin Poles to decision to another country to convert them into “free Poland” for the money of his payer to request the same benefits and rights and change his past to prosecute his “imperialistist imagination of the state”.

Russia's aggression to Ukraine showed us one more time the behaviour of different, the behaviour of representatives of Byzantine Turkish civilization. This was written by Władysław Świrski during planet War II, in Ukrainian Issues, which Prof. Czesław Partacz presented in his work: Świrski did not see the anticipation of working for the common state- despite the expectations of the Polish side- but nevertheless, he proposed cooperation between Poles and Ukrainians jointly threatened by 2 imperialisms: German and Russian.
Władysław Świrski Ukraińskie Issues : The CNS proclaimed that Poland was the biggest enemy of Ukrainians and ordered the most ruthless fight with it. The KPZU existed under the auspices of the USSR, but its conduct and popularity in the south-eastern provinces was undoubtedly due not to communist slogans, which the people did not realize or recognise, but to the general hatred of Polishness and a conscious sense of this distinctness.
Both described liberation movements greatly deepened Ukrainian hatred for Poland and Poles and established a tradition with Poles. The question, then, is whether this attitude can be addressed present with a meaningful agreement and for what purpose?
So if they were to share their lives with us again after the war, they would not be reasoning of building our (common) state, even though specified an attitude on our part was sincere, but they would leave us with this concern, thus pursuing their goal more fully. The better they get, the stronger they will act, making problem for us, due to the fact that if they have freedom in Poland, then Ukrainian intelligence will come down here and usage these freedoms in Poland, as she preached before the war of the CNS, as a starting point against all who stand in the way of their liberation.
It will so be an effort to make a state in the country. We will not be able to prevent this even by giving Ukrainians autonomy, due to the fact that they will always have eyes turned to Kiev and Kharkiv, where the full burden of their interests will rest, not forgetting the slogan that large Ukraine is an area "from Sanu to Caucasus".
So the results of our sexual relation would be as follows: Ukrainians would legally Ukrainianize us the population that has not yet been politically conscious and prepare national uprisings against both Russia and Poland, and we would leave the effort to build their own country, in which they would not be interested. In addition, we would have a constant conflict with Russia that would have an excuse to interfere with our affairs.
We so request to set a clear boundary to our separate property and interests. It is simply a historical necessity - wrote Władysław Świrski from 1939 to 1944. During the russian occupation, and then German, he edited the magazine Persevere, appearing since 1939 under the name Bulletin. In 1944, he was arrested by the NKVD and sentenced to 20 years of camp. He returned from exile in 1956 and settled in Wrocław. He then collaborated with KAW and the Silesian technological Institute in Opole. He died in 1971. He lived and created 77 years for Poland (prof. Czesław Partacz).
Today, in 2026, we must establish a clear boundary between our separate property and interests. It is simply a historical necessity! - But who's gonna do it? Are there politicians and media creating consciousness with us, descendants of the group, who during the full-scale war with Germany and Russia issued a magazine “I am Polish” in the occupied Polish Republic?
Władysław Świrski predicted: Undoubtedly Poland will be a democratic state, it will request the strength of all its citizens and it will have no desire, no time or chance to fight Ukrainians. That is why we must strive for more Ukrainians within our borders. Ukrainians in Poland are a necessity to fight them, which would usage up quite a few Polish energy.
In today's reality, I do not see the conditions for a genuine agreement to work for the common state, although I realize the desire for specified an agreement on our part. During the war, Ukrainians demonstrated twice the feelings of hatred and hostility towards Poles: during the Bolshevik occupation, erstwhile they made a massive contribution from their own drive to execution Polish soldiers and civilians and during the German occupation, erstwhile the activities of the Ukrainians' enemy towards Poland reached specified strength that there were many accidents even of German intervention in favour of Poles! The agreement would only be useful for us if we could get Ukrainians to build a common state as full and full citizens. However, specified a federation is possible between more or little politically mature nations. present we have a major property dispute. We cannot even convince that this will be common now, ours, due to the fact that they request to "get out of indivisibility" and want what they want, to connect them to the large Ukraine. (Wladyslaw Świrski, Ukrainian Issues).
Oh, my God.
