According to Minister Titov, the Katyń problem should be solved gradually and the atmosphere of bilateral relations and dialog between Poland and Russia should be improved.
Titov's words became the binding rule of Sikorski and Tusk's policy regarding Katyń in Polish-Russian relations," explains Sławomir Cenckiewicz.
Unfortunately, they became a valid policy rule of the last 8 years led by both the government and the president (arguments taken almost alive from the Resolution of 26 June 2008) in relation to the Polish Ukrainian relations.
