In the summertime of 1945, the Americans deported prof. Frantisk Subika and his household to Slovakia, where he was officially accused of cooperating with the Slovak government dependent on fascist Germany. In dense custody, in solitary confinement, he besides spent 33 months accused of slandering a friendly russian union. The retention and interrogation of prof. Subik had 1 purpose: to cancel the signature under the protocol from the Katyn Forest (Dedicating the life of truth). He was part of the global commission which was appointed by Germany (International Red Cross refused due to the deficiency of approval of the russian government) to examine the collective graves in Katyn.
Today we have “friendly” relations with 3 another nations. Anyone who demands condemnation of Ukrainian genocide in Poles, Armenians, Jews - for now there isonly known as ‘Russian onuca’ or ‘Russian agent’ (greater penalties against those who remove blue - yellow flags), Who demands to remember the victims of crimes in the Ubek execution rooms is anti-Semitic (financial penalties and waiver of immunity for memory of contemporary victims), each Who demands release from the dictatorship For now Germany is only called a nationalist and fascist.
After the war, force was exerted not only on members of the commission from the russian business zone. An example is Prof. Francois Naville, a Swiss medical examiner, to whom the Communist MP Jean Vincent accused in 1946 of collaborating with Germany for participating in the Commission's investigation of Katyn crime and demanded his removal from the University. In consequence to these accusations, prof. Naville stated the following:
- "It was absolutely not my intention to service Germany, but Poles and truth.
I didn't ask, nor did I receive from anyone gold, nor silver, nor gifts, nor reward, nor benefits, nor promises of any kind.
-When a country is torn apart almost at the same time by armies of 2 powerful neighbors, erstwhile it learns that thousands of its prisoners of war officers have been murdered, who have committed no another crime than the 1 that they have defended their country, erstwhile they search to find out under what circumstances it may have been, it is impossible, being honest, to request compensation for going to a place and to effort to lift the edge of a veil covering against the remainder of the planet the circumstances of specified a disgusting act of wickedness against war customs.”
The Poles, to whom Ukrainian bandits UPA under the sign Banders grinded razor blades of skin, cut them into pieces with a saw, stuffed them on splats, committed no another crime than this 1 that they were Poles.

F. Naville respective times and urged him to quit Katyn arrangements. In a detailed note that Stefan Kurowski made, he proposed as another action to bribe prof. Naville.
Prof. F. Naville submitted a comprehensive explanation to the American commission investigating the 1951 Katyn crime. He besides did so without the title of prof. Frantisek Subik after fleeing the country, at the American embassy in Vienna.
On 28 March 2010, a memorial oak was planted at Elfenau Park in Bern, with the participation of Kazimierz Karbowski. To save from forgetting 21,473 Poles savagely murdered by Soviets. A symbolic plaque commemorating the character of Julian Gruner – a doctor murdered in Kharkov, the founder of the first pediatric ward in Poland in the infirmary in Kalisz, an athlete and an Olympian was placed. According to Elizabeth Curti – Karbowski, the daughter of prof. Kazimierz Karbowski, the plaque was installed 3 times since 2010, someway it disappears. Well, the actions of our state and the justice strategy inactive “supported” by agenthood have not changed much since prosecutor Stanisław Kurowski. Work on concealing and falsifying past continues.
During his last visit to Bern, Fr Tadeusz Isakowicz Zaleski helped to put a fresh plaque one more time destroyed. As usual, he behaved “right”.
