Józef Czapski in "Inhuman Earth" wrote about prof. W Kuybyshev, I was stuck for a couple of weeks then, and you had to face the lists of wanted soldiers made in our army, and the ones that came to the embassy. A number of inaccuracies and errors had to be corrected. I've been in the embassy all day dictating lists, fixing dates or names.
