date:16 July 2025 Editor: Anna
Jerzy Janicki recalls Alfred Biłyk, the last state of Lviv: Maybe if it wasn't for war, censorship, ban on speaking and writing about Lviv, the last of our voivode would have been in the legend of always faithful city, closing the heroic ranks of his defenders ...because like them, Alfred Biłyk besides gave his life for Lviv- “Today they don't do specified anymore”
Alfred Biłyk- born on September 25, 1889 in Lviv, postgraduate of the mediate School in Brzeżany, a lawyer who opened the law firm in Łódź. He is simply a prominent lawyer (he is hard not to be, since jurisdiction was taught at the University of Lviv), as appreciated by president Ignacy Mościcki and of his will Alfred Biłyk becomes a associate of the Executive Department of the ultimate Bar Council, in 1936 a voivode in Tarnopol and a year later a state of Lviv.

When the first tanks and armored wagons of the Wehrmacht stood on the horns of Lviv, the voivode Alfred Biłyk gives a celebrated speech. He says that the city, which has always been Semper Fidelis, decorated with the cross of Virtuti Militari, will defend itself to the fallen and he, the voivode, will never leave this city or its inhabitants.
Meanwhile, almost the next day, after this speech, Prime Minister Sławomir Składkowski arrived in Lviv, who ordered Biłyk to go to Kut, where the government was stationed at the time. The voivode disobeyed his own will, but from Kut he was sent to Munkach, Hungary. He twice attempted to go back to the already occupied by the Russians of Lviv, and erstwhile it proved impossible, he sat down to compose a letter of will, which is inactive kept at the Sikorski Institute in London.
"I could not fight in Lviv due to the fact that I left him under conditions that could put my words in apparent contradiction with this act. My further life seems to be of no value to Poland. He doesn't want to be interned until the end of the war. I want to save honor." 15 minutes after writing this letter, he was dead, shot in the head taking his own life. (Jerzy Janicki A to Lviv far distant from fear)
Some Poles behaved differently erstwhile the Russians and Germans attacked Lviv and east Borders of the Republic of Poland. Poles besides moved to the Western Borders, which Germans attacked. Residents from the neighbourhood, after the Russian attack on Ukraine located outside its borders, i.e. in Poland, are not curious in the destiny of their homeland but are keenly curious in imposing an agreement, reconciliation, reconciliation like the president of the Polish Reconciliation Association Ukrainian or Natalia Panchenko threatening arson and demolition for not accepting the conditions of Ukrainian chauvinists.
DID THE SKIN CITIZENSHIP, STRENGTHENING OF MEMBERS, BRINGING ON STACETS, BURNING IN STOCKS, BURNING IN POLICE STUFFS, ONLY due to the fact that THEY ARE POLAKS, CAN IT BE SUBJECT TO ANY NEGOTIATIONS, AGREEMENTS, CONDITIONS, CONDITIONS? This is simply a crime, genocide that must be condemned before the planet would not happen again!
In Brazil, the boy of the voivode Mr Leszek Biłyk, the owner of the acquisition office, representing the 250 largest planet writings, including the number of “Herald Tribune”, “News Week” “Economist”, “Figaro”, vice president and founder of the Polish “Club 44”, vice president of the Union of Polish Associations and Unions with Latin America ...has adequate reasons to be proud. He's most arrogant of his name. He was the 1 who sent me a different paper from Brazil, as was the letter sent to the Hungarian authorities at the Sikorski Institute in London. Today, we are making it available to the Reader to realize the format Man was the author of this text, and what a remarkable character nature he must have given him, that he could compose it calmly, knowing what would happen in 15 minutes.
