Bots attack on Twitter. How to admit them?

For respective days, bot attacks on Twitter platform users have been going on. The intent of the operation is most likely to cut the ranges. The problem concerns e.g. accounts writing about the war in Ukraine. Among them were profiles of members of the Defence24 group.
