Thirty years after the signing of the Dayton Agreement, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) remains a country in constant organization crises. The systemic-political model in force there constitutes a direct legacy of the octroitized during the then negotiations of the Constitution. And although the agreement brought long - awaited, lasting peace, it besides established an highly complex and inefficient strategy of government.
