Bosak: From this EU paper "we are excluded". Oh, no

Deputy talker of the Sejm Krzysztof Bosak of the Confederation said that Polish negotiators "provided Poland to exclude" from the application of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. However, in fresh years there have been respective arguments to refute this thesis.
