"Let us not introduce our commanders as idiots" – Krzysztof Bosak addressed Sławomir Mentzen with this appeal. The leader of the fresh Hope has late criticised the Head of the General Staff of the Polish Army – Wiesław Kukuła. His words caused a political storm in which Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish, among others, became involved.

"Slawomir Mentzen's message about General General Staff Chief Wiesław Kukuła is not only offensive, but it is not true," Krzysztof Bosak informed through X.

This is not the first time the leader of the National Movement has cut off from the speech of the leader of fresh Hope.

Krzysztof Bosak justifies criticism of Mentzen by the context of the parliamentary visit to the General Staff. He reveals that during the visit he got free of doubts about the competence of Polish officers. According to Bosak, General Kukuła and another soldiers in charge of the army realize well the issues of the economics of war and the challenges of defence against drones.

Mentzen insults the Head of the General Staff of the Polish Army – Wiesław Kukuła

Krzysztof Bosak's message is simply a reaction to the scandalous words of the leader of fresh Hope, which were late directed towards General Wiesław Kukuła.

– This man is abnormal. He has no authority to be a corporal, due to the fact that he never truly commanded anything, and now he has our full army. He has no thought about the economics of war and resource constraints," Mentzen stated during a gathering with voters in Elbląg.

The politician referred to the general's words, who expressed a desire to defend the population from drone attacks, even if large financial resources had to be involved.

– This man says that he would shoot missiles for PLN 100 million to those plywood drones sent here from the east border – Mentzen notes.

The Confederation sells itself as a substantive opposition. The guilty of the confusion is to be Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish

"Our criticism is needed, but should not search easy and false polarization, but be of a character appropriate to the kind we affirm in the Confederacy," he calls Mentzen Bosak.

In his narrative, the leader of the National Movement uses the concept of "the kind of substantive opposition". The politician besides clearly points out who he thinks deserves the reprimand and who he thinks is liable for the problems of the Armed Forces.

"The criticism so deserves first of all the MON and besides late making various decisions, insufficient results, besides lengthy preparations for changes, insufficient dynamic improvement of the Armed Forces, in any cases discussion or missed purchasing decisions and – here Sławomir Mentzen is absolutely right," he said.

According to Bosak, "the work for the vast majority of errors and negligence rests, to my knowledge, on politicians alternatively than generals."

The case was besides referred to earlier by the head of the MON, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish.

"Attacking General Wiesław Kukuł, First Soldier of the Republic and questioning its competence from the political rally level is not courage, it is simply a deficiency of knowing of what the command strategy is and how the state operates" - noted Deputy Prime Minister of Poland.

There will be no open conflict with Mentzen. The Leader of fresh Hope simply misunderstood

Krzysztof Bosak in the end of his speech tries to justify Mentzen's words.

"I am convinced that Sławomir Mentzen's message was due to good intentions, but erstwhile it comes to the cognition and competence of the head of SG Sławomir Mentzen was misinformed by advisors," the head of the National Movement says, "When it comes to the general's statement, he simply misunderstood it".

At the same time, Krzysztof Bosak himself decides to criticize Wiesław Kukuła's words:

"The expression of concern for the life of all citizen by the most crucial commander does not necessarily mean negation of the principles of the economics of state defence preparations. This message was ambiguous, pathetic and most likely unnecessary, but let's perceive to each another with good will!".
