Border guards will usage weapons without warning. Latvia tightens regulations

Latvia is tightening regulations on border protection with Belarus. Parliament has adopted an amendment that gives border guards more powers to usage force, including the ability to usage weapons without informing in certain situations. The decision is related to the increasing migratory force and incidents at the Latvian border.
