"Bolt locally" with drivers speaking Polish is discrimination? Lawyers comment

In Bolt's action, which since December offers a service to customers to travel with a driver speaking Polish, lawyers see nothing that would conflict with regulations. However, they wonder how actual cognition of the language would be verified.
