Bolivia: Bishops call for liable participation in elections

"We are all liable for making decisions and calling for participation," states the Bolivian Episcopal Conference (CEB), in a communication published on the eve of the general elections (presidents and parliamentary elections), which will take place next Sunday. They call on their people to take liable part in the electoral process.
