Conversations with Marco Rubio at the Munich safety Conference are the beginning of a reset in US-Europe relations. In this sense, the alternate outlined by the American: we want to rebuild the strength of the West with you, but if it does not succeed, we will follow this way ourselves – alternatively it is losing the actuality. America needs Europe and Europe needs America.
