Conversely, the European partners are against Putin at Zelenski, and Russian aggression has forced far-reaching changes in safety policy on the continent. As for the relation with the Americans, Radosław Sikorski is optimistic: "Every fresh American administration learns Europe and Russia again," he argues. "Today we saw evidence that the learning process is progressing".
