The president appointed the Council of the fresh Constitution. It is to work on a fresh Fundamental Law prepared for 2030. Although the members of the Council allegedly come from different backgrounds, most of them are retired associates of Jarosław Kaczyński. This respectable group is simply a warrant that the fresh constitution will surely not be passed.
