Greenland's natural material wealth mostly on paper?

In his latest opinion, the Polish economical Institute made specified a statement. The pastry informs, citing the American Action Forum, that the theoretical value of Greenland's natural resources is 4.4 trillion dollars, but the mining reserves are $186 billion.
