Boeing to deliver fresh communications satellites

On July 3, Boeing and the U.S. Department of defence announced the signing of an agreement to implement the ESS (Evolved strategical Satellite) program. Its goal is to deliver fresh communications satellites that are an crucial component of the national command system.
