Bodnar complains about Metsola's... ornament. "Euro MP's aggression"

It turns out that redirecting public attention from possible irregularities in the proceeding of Barbara Skrzypek, conflicting versions in statements by individuals and institutions acquainted with the case, to the behaviour of a group of PiS politicians (who were completely unnecessarily provoked and carried distant by emotions), is not adequate for the Coalition on 13 December. lawyer General Adam Bodnar has decided to complain about Euro MP Jack Ozob... the president of the European Parliament, Robert Metsoli. In his letter Bodnar asks that action be taken to measure the conduct of the policy of the Law and Justice towards prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek. In the opinion of the Minister, the conduct of the Decoration was "obsessive and unworthy".

Bodnar recounts in the letter that Ozdoba first expressed his intention to violate the physical integrity of Herzósek, and then formulated a vulgar message and referred to it as “a disease”, “a brazen woman” and “a mentally sick person”. According to Bodnar, there is no uncertainty that the attitude of the Decoration does not suit the EP and is simply a denial of values promoted by EU bodies, "among which human dignity plays a key role, which must be respected and protected".

The lawyer General noted that although the Code of Conduct for MEPs refers to their behaviour in Parliament, “the fact that the European Parliament besides represents Parliament outside its sessions cannot be ignored in this context”.
