Bodnar writes to Holownia about the presidential election. He's informed of the irregularities

The Minister of Justice sent a letter to the Marshal of the Sejm in which he mentions "irregularities and issues that rise legal doubts". 1 of them is the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court ruling on the legality of elections which cannot be considered a court.
