Bodnar decided on the Bąkiewicz case

Attorney General Adam Bodnar waived his decision to suspend the execution of the conviction against the convicted Robert Bąkiewicz. The decision to suspend was issued over a year and a half ago erstwhile Bąkiewicz applied to the president for a pardon. Until now, however, the decision has not been made and hence Bodnar's move.
