Attorney General Adam Bodnar issued guidelines for prosecutors on how to prosecute hatred speech perpetrators, including on the Internet. The guidelines show that the proceedings will be handled by prosecutors prepared for this.
1. Part of the crime will be recovered from office or at the request of the prosecutor (social interest).
2. The prosecutor can halt the phone, laptop or another electronic device, it will be examined by experts. Deleted entries/comments will besides be taken into account.
3. In the light of the General Prosecutor's Guidelines, Adam Bodnar's speech includes visual messages, specified as memes.
4. Prosecutors must address the victims according to their pronouns, forms of individual verbs that indicate the victims as preferred. It's about the intellectual comfort of the victims.
5. The prosecution may apply to telecommunications operators for the essential data, including access to email to identify the hater on the Internet.
6. They will besides be prosecuted for entries on closed groups, private chats etc. as long as they go outside the ellipse of their nearest household and friends.
