Bodnar: Cyba study to be presented to me on the weekend

Justice Minister and lawyer General Adam Bodnar announced that the study on Richard Cyba was to be presented to him on the weekend. The Minister stressed the request to draw "system proposals" concerning convicted persons incapable to carry out penalties on grounds of health. Bodnar besides said that in 2 to 3 weeks, the final draft of the amendments to the government should be ready, which will regulate the position of neo-Judges among others. The proposed solutions are to be assessed by the Venice Commission.
