Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General Adam Bodnar announced that the study on Ryszard Cyba is to be presented to him over the weekend. The minister stressed the request to draw "systemic conclusions" regarding convicts who cannot service their sentences due to their health. Bodnar besides said that the final draft of changes to the regulations that will regulate the position of, among others, neo-judges should be ready in 2 to 3 weeks. The proposed solutions are to be assessed by the Venice Commission.
