On 16 April this year, Grzegorz Braun, then a candidate in the presidential election, along with a group of supporters, went to the Regional infirmary squad in Oleśnica, where he attempted to make the alleged “citizen detention” of Dr. Gizela Jagielska, a gynaecologist performing abortion. • Depriving a doctor's freedom by preventing her from leaving her office.
  • Violation of her physical immunity by pushing and holding.
  • A verbal insult in the performance of her duties.
  • Talk to her about actions that may undermine assurance in the doctor’s profession

The D.A. stresses that the doctor is utilizing peculiar protection in this case as a public officer.

The another 2 allegations concern another incidents involving Grzegorz Braun, but the details of these cases were not disclosed in available sources.
