The German Navy received Blue Whale submarines (pol. The Blue Whale). It is simply a unique plan designed, among others, to monitor sub-sea infrastructure, reconnaissance missions and combat submarines. It is the consequence of the collaboration of German company ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems (TKMS) and Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI). It will be utilized for missions to the Baltic – it has already passed appropriate tests.
