The mobilization of the electorates of candidates who dropped out after the first circular - especially right-wing candidates - will be crucial in the second circular of the presidential election, according to Dr. Blazej Poboży, erstwhile deputy head of the Ministry of interior Affairs and Administration, now an advisor to president Andrzej Duda. Poboży was a guest of Michał Kolanka on the program "Rzecz o polityce".
