What's the matter? erstwhile head of the MON

Prosecution General Advocate Anna Adamiak informed on Wednesday that lawyer General Adam Bodnar had submitted to the Sejm a motion to waive the immunity of the PiS MP and erstwhile head of MON Mariusz Błaszczak. The proposal concerns a case of declassified in September 2023 by Błaszczak, as the then head of the MON, part of the paper of the plan for the usage of the Polish Armed Forces "Warta". The territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw is investigating this case.
