Dear Bishops of Partial and Moravian!
Recent message of the Czech Episcopal Conference (ČBK) in the Fiducia supplicans case, it seemed that all of you already have a fresh doctrine. However, this is contrary to all Scripture and Tradition. The Patriarchate now addresses you with an global appeal “Synowski Appeal to All Cardinals and Bishops of the Catholic Church” (‘Filial Appeal to all Cardinals and Bishops of the Catholic“). This appeal of Catholic priests and intellectuals of 2 February 2024 contains the following two circumstantial requests:

‘1) Follow the courageous example of so many bishop brothers around the world: we ask you to immediately forbid the usage of this paper in your diocese.
2. We ask the pope to hastily retreat this unfortunate document, contrary to both the Scriptures and the universal and continuous tradition of the Church, which manifestly causes serious scandal."
However, it should be stressed that the Vatican is now occupied by an invalid apostate pope.
Dear Partial and Moravian Bishops, the situation requires the extremist defence of Christ and His Gospel, even at the price of persecution and even martyrdom. If, in your shepherding letter, you clearly address the priests and the faithful and explain to them what danger you are putting yourself in, trying to save their souls, they will surely support you in your faithfulness to Christ and stand up for you. Therefore, you, protected by God’s fact and God’s people, boycott the invalid pope and his invalid punishments.
Let the Holy Bishop of Ambrose be a model of faithfulness to Christ for you. erstwhile the heretic arians influenced the Empress and the soldiers came to occupy the large temple in Milan, St. Ambrose stayed inside with believers continuously for 3 days. He responded to threats: "I will not give the temple of God to the wolves. I will not betray the flock of Christ. If you let them to kill me, here, on the steps of the altar.”
The February 2 call besides shows the manipulation of giving various kinds of blessings: “The blessing of the couple (whether «liturgical» or «paste») is, Let's say, a natural sign. The concrete motion speaks naturally, and so has a natural, immediate communication effect, which cannot be artificially altered by verbal reservations of the document. Blessing as such, speaking the universal language of mankind, always means the approval of what is blessed. Therefore, the circumstantial sign that specified a blessing gives the full planet is that, according to the Catholic Church, "irregular couples" – homosexual couples – are now accepted by God in this kind of relation that specifically configures them as couples."
Signatories besides point to another manipulations in the "Fiducia supplicans", which gives the impression that various external restrictions change the nature of the blessing.
We quote from the appeal: "The fact that the act excludes... flowers, wedding robes, (stands before the altar, etc.) does not change the nature of the act, due to the fact that the central and essential motion remains. What is more, we all know from experience how valuable they are «limitations» and how long they last."
The appeal besides points out that ‘Fiducia supplicans’ is deliberately misinterpreting the very essence of priestly blessing.
We quote from the appeal: “The fact is that a priest gives blessings to 2 people who appear as a sexual couple, just as a couple defined by their objectively sinful relationship. so – regardless of the intention and explanation of the document, or the explanation that the priest will effort to give – this act will be a visible and tangible sign of another doctrine, contrary to conventional doctrine. Remember that conventional teaching on this subject should be considered infallible, for it is clearly confirmed by Scripture and Tradition, a universal and continuous tradition, ubique et semper. And we must remember that this is simply a doctrine of natural law that does not let any change.”
The appeal is already from above points to the disastrous impact of Bergoglio's heretic declaration.
We quote from the appeal: "In practice, believers are not even aware of the clever theoretical justifications which introduces the declaration, and even more so, those which have been added to the declaration in a fresh explanation. The message that has been effectively released and that God's people and the full planet will inevitably registry and evidence is as follows: The Catholic Church has yet evolved and now accepts homosexual relationships."
Finally, the appeal highlighted that Episcopal conferences, as well as individual bishops who rejected the Fiducia supplicans, had done the right thing.
We quote from the appeal: "This situation full justifies the decisive rejection of the 'Fiducia supplicans' by so many Episcopal Conferences, so many prelates, so many scholars and so many average secular ones. In this context, silence is surely not justified, especially for the cardinal or bishop, due to the fact that the scandal that has already been set up is serious and public, and if it is not stopped, it will naturally intensify."
Cardinal Müller thus commented on the attitude of the African Bishops' Conferences, which rejected the "Fiducia supplicans": "Now Africans take the lead in the Catholic Church and this is very good".
Dear Bishops of Partial and Moravian, ban the declaration “Fiducia supplicans”! If the invalid Pope, who excommunicated himself as a public heretic, wants toremove you from your position, do not leave under any circumstances. On the contrary, separate yourselves from the overt heretic with your diocese! This is how you will prepare the conditions for accepting the rightful pope and save not only the temple, like St. Ambrose, but the full diocese.
Bergoglio changed the teaching and morality of the Church, it is no longer the Catholic Church. Heretic “Fiducia supplicans” means spiritual breakthrough, eliminates the foundations of morality and religion and introduces fresh paradigms, as stated in the motu proprio “Ad theologiam promovendam”. The declaration “Fiducia supplicans” nullifies sin, cancels not only the Decalogue and the laws and commandments of God, but besides the Creed, whose center is God the Savior, who saved us from sin and eternal death. The declaration “Fiducia supplicans” endures the grave sin of sodomy, and in addition blesses this sin! But God punishes him with temporal fire (2 Pet. 2:6) and eternal fire! (Judy 7).
"Fiducia supplicans", based on lies and abuse of papal power, abolishing the heaviest sin of sodomy, removes Christ's redeeming sacrifice on the cross for our sins! This is simply a revolt against God and the Church. This is the transition to the Satanic Antiquity of fresh Age. This is the way to eternal destruction! The pseudo-Pope of Francis Bergoglio is full referred to in the Scriptures:
‘Man gReich – the boy of demolition will sit in the temple of God, proving himself to be God“ (2 Thess 2:4).
Bishops can no longer stay silent. all righteous bishop must take a decisive step towards salvation! He must ban the heretic "Fiducia supplicans" and separate himself with the diocese from the apostate of Bergoglio. This separation is not schism, nor division, but salvation! Francis Bergoglio separated himself from the rightful teaching, or separated from the Catholic Church. He disfellowshipped and brought upon himself the curse of God (Ga 1:8-9). It's a reality you can't uncertainty anymore! Now 1 of the bishops—the successors of the apostles and defenders of the rightful teaching—must begin the process of salvational separation from the manifest heretic occupying the papal capital. You bishops of the Czech Republic take this step even at the price of gross slander and persecution. In this way you will make amends for the crime of homolobby in the leadership of ČBK, committed against you. You have been manipulatively incorporated into the heretical “Fiducia supplicans” and thus have besides been active in the process of satanizing the Church. It is time that you and your dioceses separate from the homosect of Bergoglio.
