On 30 April this year, the Assembly of Elewarr Associates (i.e. the board of the National Food Group) established a fresh president of Elewarr sp. z o.o., i.e. Mr Jack Łukaszewicz – the current president of Zamojski Zakłady Obżywowych. He formally took office on May 1. Turns out Mr. Jacek evidently has bilocational abilities.
And we're not talking about 20,000 tons of grain from Elstar in 2003, which was collateral for the debt and evaporated. The case has late been described by the media including portals Farmer.pl and == sync, corrected by elderman == .
Well, on the website of Zamojski Zakłady Zbożowe, Mr Jacek Łukaszewicz is inactive the president of ZZZ. Local sources confirm that Mr Jacek will stay in office until a fresh president is appointed. And the fresh CEO competition has not yet been announced.
Let us besides remind that Zamojski Zakłady Zbożowe is simply a subsidiary of Elewarr, and so it is the board of Elewarr, or Mr Jacek, who will service as a gathering of partners of ZZZ, and this so far will appoint president of ZZZ. So far, Mr Jacek is both the Assembly of Associates and the president of ZZZ. This may be the case in private companies, but here we are dealing with a state company.
It is besides unknown how Mr Jacek will function in 2 places at once, i.e. in Zamość and in Warsaw (where Elewarru is located).
But not specified miracles have happened in the National Food Group before.
