Ministry of Defence prepares a contract for portable anti-aircraft rocket sets Lightning worth about PLN 8 billion. This is to be 1 of the biggest contracts in the past of the Polish arms manufacture – Deputy Minister of National Defence Cezary Tomczyk stated in the programme “Kulisy Force”.
