Big changes for drivers. Ministry announcement

Changes to the cancellation of punishment points, permanent failure of driving licence in certain situations, tougher penalties for exceeding the velocity limit by 50 kilometers per hr and enabling people over 17 to get a driving licence - this is what the draft, which the Ministry of Infrastructure is working on, assumes. The announcement in this substance was included in the list of the government's legislative works.
