Big ammunition problem for Ukraine. The European Union won't hand over a million missiles?

EU diplomacy chief Josep Borrel is to send a letter of urge to the defence ministries of EU associate states on the stockpiles of artillery ammunition that will yet be sent to Ukraine. According to RMF FM, EU ambassadors have not come to a compromise, and France is blocking the resolution of the situation. The EU has promised Ukraine 1 million rounds of ammunition by the end of the year.
