Biden: U.S. will compete with China, but we don't want conflict

“The United States will compete vigorously with China while maintaining communication channels to guarantee that this competition does not turn into conflict,” U.S. president Joe Biden said Sunday in Phnom Penh during the East Asia Summit. He added that the U.S. will openly rise the issue of China's compliance with human rights.
