President Joe Biden attended a pre-election rally in Detroit on Friday, during which he assured that he would not quit the fight for a second word in the White House. He warned me that Donald Trump was a serious threat.

“I am in the race and we will win. (...) It is about time we stopped treating politics as amusement or reality show,” said president Joe Biden at a rally in Detroit. The city is known as “Motor City” due to its automotive facilities specified as Ford, General Motors and Chrysler.

At a rally in Detroit, supporters of the President-in-Office erected banners with the inscriptions “Motown is Joetown” and chanted “Don't go away”.

During his speech, president Biden criticized the Republican "right-wing task 2025", claiming that it was "the top attack on our strategy of governments and our individual freedom always proposed in the past of this country", led and paid by Donald Trump's people.

NBS News explains that task 2025 is simply a 900-page political action plan developed by Trump supporters and erstwhile administration officials including Paul Dans and Spencer Chretian.

The implementation of this plan would lead to staff changes in the current government administration and replacement of current national workers with people loyal to Trump's vision, and would radically amend the taxation code and introduce restrictions on abortion. This task is headed by Heritage Foundation and supported by dozens of conservative groups," NBS News notes.

In the NPR/PBS/Marist poll published on Friday, 16% of voters are affirmative about the document, while 42% are negative.

According to NBC News, at the rally, any of Biden's supporters expressed frustration over attempts by any Democrats to destruct the incumbent president from the election race. In their opinion, it weakens the organization and acts for his political opponent Donald Trump.

Those who want Biden to leave criticized, among others, Deputy politician of Michigan Garlin Gilchrist. "Some people have besides much fun on tv and talking nonsense about our president," he noted. On Friday, 2 prominent Democrats – associate of the home of Representatives James Clyburn and California politician Gavin Newsom – stated that Biden should stay in the White home game.

Biden's run spokesperson Michael Tyler estimated that during Biden's Thursday evening press conference donations to the election fund of the incumbent president "exploded", reaching 7 times the usual level.

According to the NPR/PBS poll published on Friday, Biden leads with Trump in relation to 50 to 48 percent, which represents a tiny increase compared to the survey conducted before the debate of presidential candidates on 27 June. However, Reuters points out that since then at least 19 democratic legislators have called for Biden to step down. Democrats could then choose another candidate.

Some analysts point out that Biden is losing his position in respective "waking states" that will decide on the result of the November elections. "If current trends persist, Trump can make 1 of the most decisive presidential victories since 2008," predicted Democratic strategist Doug Sosnik in the fresh York Times.
