US president Joe Biden praised Japan's fundamental strengthening of defence capabilities and reaffirmed US commitments to defend the country, including with atomic weapons, a joint message from the US and nipponese leaders after a gathering at the White home on Friday. Both countries besides declared further opposition to Russian aggression.
