Biden on "oligarchy that threatens all democracy"

US president Joe Biden, in his farewell address to the nation, warned that an oligarchy is emerging in America that has tremendous wealth, power and influence, which threatens American democracy and freedoms. Biden besides called for constitutional amendments to remove presidential immunity.
