Biden assures Philippines of support in case of attack

President Joe Biden has assured Philippine president Ferdinand Marcos Jr. that the U.S. will aid the Philippines in the event of an attack on Philippine forces in the Pacific, according to a message from both leaders after a gathering at the White House. Biden and Marcos besides talked about military cooperation in the face of the threat from China.
